Part 1: Creating an Intention through Psychotherapy
During the first part of a healing session, collaboration occurs to create an intention. An intention is a simple sentence, focusing all that you are bringing, all that you are longing for, in order to have a different life experience.
Through my experience as a psychotherapist, we will talk about the issues concerning you. Sitting face to face in the room we discuss the
reason for your visit, and sort through the thoughts and feelings related to yur lifes's issues in order to gain clarity in your life. Clients often discuss the following:

Clarity emerges as we talk and listen to what you are currently thinking, believing and feeling. We will hear what your higher purpose is calling to you. Intention will serve to powerfully focus the energy of that which you wish to create and experience.
